  • Hi @papafig,

Thank you for choosing OceanWP ??

“So far, so good” is quite enough, and we hope it stays that way in the future as well ??

Yesterday we launched a new version, so we sincerely hope you’ll be satisfied with the new improvements. Of course, once you test, backup and decide to update, since this is a core theme update we have been announcing for 2 months now. In case you do encounter problems in the testing phase, you would really help us a lot by sharing all details (system info, steps to replicate) on the forum.

    Enjoy building with OceanWP

We have updated 2 existing OceanWP sites, one that has been up since 2019 and no issues yet.

We have also installed a ProDemo Woocommerce Demo site (GTeddy) from the license free library and it fully imported, including photos, without any issues.

That Demo uses the popular TI Wishlist plugin (from Template Invaders), that was recently compromised by an SQL injection vulnerability, which was fixed (version 2.9.0 – 11 October 2024) according to the repository page changelog, but WP Tools in cPanel is still red flagging it.

Not really an OWP issue per se, but I am watching it as that plugin seems to be in most of the OWP Woocommerce demos sites and that dependency has been a pita lately.
