Has Potential

  • This is a decent plugin. It is fairly easy to use, has a nice appearance, and offers good features for free. However, the functionality is buggy. For example, when arranging columns in a mega menu, content seems to disappear; but, if you check the menu bar on your Web page the content is there. You must close the mega menu interface and reopen it for your configured content to appear. Also, the documentation needs to be improved to better explain how to use the plugin.

    Overall, if the developers continue to improve the plugin, it has high hopes. For now, however, it is only a 3-star at best.

    Thank you for your reply, Fahim. I appreciate that you made no excuses nor tried to defend obvious areas for improvement. Good support for a plugin, and good people behind the plugin are just as important as the plugin’s functionality; your reply demonstrates both qualities and compels me to increase the rating to 3-star. You guys have a great product in the making. Keep up the improvements, and WP Mega Menu may be one of the most popular plugins in the repository. Thanks again.
