So Far The Best Message Bar Plugin I Have Found… and Absolutely Free

Thanks for a another great, must have plugin. I have tried all, yes ALL such message-bar plugins but finalized this WP Top-Bar at last. Amazing thing is that it is absolutely free unlike popular Hello Bar. The problem with Hello Bar is that it gives very few limited clicks with it’s free version. A personal blogger cannot afford it. And with Hello Bar, your code (javascript) is dependent on their website, nothing is in our control.
While, Top Bar gives us full control, completely free.
As another user commented- it has no cons! Yes, it’s almost perfect.
I am going to recommend this to my list of best, “Must-Have” WP plugins on my blog. Thanks again.
