So Frustrating

All you have to know about how frustrating it is to deal with this company is to go to their own demo site and look at the ticket box on mobile. Looks like crap, can’t update the tickets, “Sold Out” cut off, ticket button text hidden by background color.
Seemingly no attention to detail.
On my own site, the latest version is even worse on mobile. Tried to get support but that was another exercise in frustration which got me nowhere. So now I’m paying Modern Tribe for the plugin while using Eventbrite for ticketing and paying them, too. Nice.
I don’t like leaving negative reviews but I also don’t like how much of my life I’ve wasted trying to get their various plugins to work well and look nice.
BTW, Modern Tribe, I get that you think we should all just fix everything ourselves with our mad CSS and PHP skills. But, guess what, most of us don’t have those skills. Because we are event creators and not developers by definition. That’s why we buy your plugins!
