I use Pretty Links to make short links to my podcast episodes, and also for links that I frequently insert into blog posts. It’s great for that. If I had one wish, it is that I could automatically make a short link to a post from the post editing screen.
I had an issue with the plugin recently, and they were able to figure out that I had a conflicting (out of date) plugin that was causing the problem. That is *great* customer support.
