so i had a problem with my back up being restored, it didnt work even after buying the premium version of it, at first i was very upset, but support reached me, tried to figure what the problem was and since they cant determine what went wrong, gave me a full refund of the payment i made. good support, but still you need to figure how to surpass the problem i encountered. ty
