Send cloud seems to be a great service , but even after having setup the plugin ( free mode for now ) , nothing shows on the checkout page

Is there a simple plugin that willshow carriers and real prices on the checkout page like packlink ?

    Hi @freechelmi,

I’m sorry to read you’re experiencing issues while integrating with our plugin. We have a full installation guide available on our Help Center: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024966732-WooCommerce-integration

An important point to note for WooCommerce 9.0 and up is that the Legacy REST API plugin must also be installed alongside the Sendcloud plugin: https://developer.woocommerce.com/2024/01/17/the-woocommerce-legacy-rest-api-extension-is-now-available-in-wordpress-org/

Our Help Center also advises how to troubleshoot some common issues that arise, and a guide outlining how to set up service point shipping in Woocommerce:

If you prefer to receive direct support from our Customer Support team, please submit a support ticket from your?Sendcloud?account. We will start an investigation or we will link your support ticket to any already ongoing investigation to ensure you will be notified by our support team as soon as the issue is resolved.

Thanks for your quick answer ! We are really seeing sencloud as the only solution for dynamic delivery options show to any customer wherever in the world and we are OK to be a paying customer for this service, although :

    • We set up everything right including service point and dynamic checkout
    • it seems we cannot open a support ticket as a free user ?
    • We’d like to be sure that we can have dynamic carriers prices shown to the customer easily, I mean we just want to select chronopost relais and home and the prices are calculated automatically , no need to provides the prices either on wordpress side or sendcloud side ,and the right price is shown dynamically to the user depending on his country and postal code , do you confirm this ?

    Hi @freechelmi,

You’re welcome. I’m sorry to read you’re still experiencing issues.

I want to help you overcome your issue with the service points, and the best way to do this is through a support ticket so let’s see if we can overcome this issue first. Free users are able to open support tickets either through a Live Chat or Ticket.

To do this, is when you log into your Sendcloud account:

    • Click the Support button which is a ? in a circle.
    • Next click Sendcloud platform.
    • The page will then show 4 sections, Getting started with Sendcloud, Integrations, Finance, and Features.
    • Below this you will see a button with + New ticket which you should be able to click.
    • When the next page opens you will see two drop-down menus. For Please choose a category below select Account, and for What do you need help with? select Questions about an existing integration.
    • Below the section Your solution might be here you should see another section labelled Get help with Messaging where you can click the Start conversation button.
    • The Sendcloud Messenger will then open where you can select more prompts about the issue and provide an explanation of the issue to create the support request.

If you’re unable to complete any of the steps above, please let me know where you get stuck and I will check this for you.

For your question about showing carrier prices to your customers without needing to also provide these in WordPress and Sendcloud this is possible using the Sendcloud plugin in WooCommerce. The prices shown to customers are configured in WooCommerce through Shipping Zones in your Settings. More information about this can be found in our Help Center: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360025513452-Service-points-for-WooCommerce#h_01HZF8G459Z7NB1GVK6KJ3RG4C

Perfect , I started a conversation with the sendcloud messenger

But I’m worried , each time I watch the video tutorials about dynamic checkout , it show that I need to specify my own price for each service

We absolutely don’t want to do that, we just want to say

    • enable chronopost for the rest of the world
    • Chronopost dynamic price is shown to the client on checkout page and paid

Do you think this simple need can be achieved ? It s what we have with packink right now

    Hi @freechelmi,

I’m happy to read you were able to open a support request with the Sendcloud Messenger.

You can implement this solution on the WooCommerce side using our plugin without using Dynamic Checkout. On the WooCommerce back office, setup a shipping zone Rest of World, enable Chronopost, and set the price(s). More information about this implementation is available on our Help Center: https://support.sendcloud.com/hc/en-us/articles/360024966732-WooCommerce-integration#01GDANT5Q66WEW9EWSBHRR9V3S

Using the above implementation when a user from a country included in the Rest of World shipping zone enters their address at your checkout then the Chronopost rates for Rest of World will be displayed to them.

If you need further help with this implementation or have any further questions, please feel free to ask us on your support request and we will answer them there in better detail.

    Best regards,

    Matthew | Sendcloud
