• I’ve been a long-time user of this plugin and was mostly satisfied until recently. After paying another $90 to renew my license for the latest update to use on a new website. Because once your old license expires why do you can continue to use it where it’s been installed before the expiration date you can no longer use it on any future projects I personally have a great deal of distain for this type of business practice but everyone seems to do it so what can you do? You pay up or you leave. However, I’ve had nothing but trouble since for forking over, admittedly a discounted amount of money. Every time I try to upload images through Lightroom, I receive the 1003 error, which is a non-specific error and could mean a range of different issues. This constant frustration has turned me into a very dissatisfied customer.

  • Thanks for the feedback.

You might find our Pro version’s EXIF Addon a good starting point – it’ll provide IPTC support as well, and save you having to rename existing images once you’ve uploaded them.

There are also our Tags and Lightroom Addons – if you’re a Lightroom user, you’ll find that useful to automate the image publishing process and handling of IPTC metadata.
