    Hello DHL!

Finally after almost a year I’ve been able to find a plugin which works with Label printing! This is amazing work! ??

However, I Have a problem with SOAP, it displays this message –

SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: object has no ‘streetNumber’ property

And the only way to resolve and prevent this issue from happening is to copy Address Line 1 into the field for Address Line 2. This is not a solution for us as we need to use Address Line 2 from time to time for business customers.

Is there any way to fix this,

    Thanks,

    Phil.

    Shadi,

That’d be great – I have access to the database which would be the best method and using SQL I could do this faster; but also knowing any other methods would be helpful too ??

    Phil,

If you can update the database directly then that would work just fine (but don’t forget to backup the database first).

In order to set the country of manufacture you need to update the post meta key per product “_dhl_manufacture_country” with the country code e.g. “DE”, “FR”.

In order to set the Harmonized Tariff Schedule you will need to update the post meta key per product “_dhl_hs_code”.

    I hope that helps.

    Phil,

In terms of the number of packages you asked about here is the feedback I received:

“We don’t offer this service of linking parcels anymore. If the customer wants to refer one parcel to another for internal allocation he can use the reference number.”

    I hope that helps.

    Best,
    Shadi.

    Hello Shadi,

    Happy New Year,

So, the update worked great on the plugin! But I’m a little confused about the linking of packages using the reference number, how would this be done? Does this mean we have to generate multiple labels for multiple packages separately? The problem I face with this – is that we have sometimes 3 packages which are too large, and this is a set of items, which of course belong to one order. And, we can only print one label, so, I am not sure how we would do this with the plugin?

    Thanks for your help again,

    Phil

Hi, I have the same problem.
“SOAP-ERROR: Encoding: object has no ‘streetNumber’ property”
Is there a workaround by now?

    Thanks in advance
