Sociable – align icons

This question was asked before, but never answered. So I thought, let’s ask again.

I’m trying to find out how to bottom align the Sociable icons. As you can see here https://www.litterless.org/?p=3 the first icon is elevated.

And since we’re at it, is there a (simple) way to include the Sociable plugin in the post meta data field (the gray area with the rounded corners)?
