    The icons are impossibly small and it is redundant anyway as the WPtouch plugin generates a few social links of its own. Is there any way to disable it in certain circumstances, like when WPtouch is invoked?

    Hi. URL to check on an iPhone is https://www.CADbloke.com/nearly-there Screenshot from my iPhone is at https://www.flickr.com/photos/30459677@N06/4101785783/

    As you can see the icons are too small to select, plus WPtouch has its own icons which will suffice.

    Is there a place in Sociable to tell which theme is serving it up and bail out if there’s a match? I also use WP Mobile Edition so it would beed to look for more than 1 theme.

    For now I’ll leave Sociable up for a few days but I plan on de-activating it if I can’t solve this.

    Thanks for looking into it.

    My usual theme is a butchered version of Hybrid News, if that’s any help.

    cadbloke: You can try using custom icons.

    Thank you for the custom icon tip. It works for me. But I have one remaining problem with the sociable plugin. I cannot figure out how to display the icons horizontally. If I disable the sociable CSS the big images are displayed, but with bullet points in front of each icon. The same happens on my wptouch theme. I really would like to be able to display big icon on the website and on the mobile site.

    I’m also looking to change the CSS for sociable when using Mobile Edition. Has anyone gotten this resolved?
    I notice that the CSS meta for Sociable is in the source when in the mobile mode.

    OK, add

    .sociable ul li {
    -moz-background-clip:border;
    -moz-background-inline-policy:continuous;
    -moz-background-origin:padding;
    background:transparent none repeat scroll 0 0;
    display:inline !important;
    list-style-type:none;
    margin:0;
    padding:1px;
    }
