Sociable plugin doesn’t work on Cutline 3 column split

I am trying to install Sociable plug-in on my WordPress Cutline 3 column split, have followed instructions, but can’t get it to work. I have Share-This on the blog and it works. Thanks in advance for any help. My blog is at https://www.lasvegas4us.com/wordpress
