Sociable Plugin: Uploading FILES vs. FOLDERS

  • I’m trying to install the Sociable Plugin. I’m not sure if my problem is due to Sociable or User Error. Probably the latter.

    I’m not completeley savvy in this area but I’ve uploaded a few plugins before…

    It says to upload the FOLDER and not the individual files. But when I try to do that, it won’t let me click on it. I can only click the individual files and not the entire folder.

    What am I doing wrong? How can I upload the WHOLE folder at once?

  • I had that issue too but resolved. I use FileZilla. Anyway, after downloading, extracting; and connecting; I ended up in the c panel; double click the following on the lower right side: public.html;wp-content;plugins
    Then, on left side click my desktop where the file is and then double click sociable file and drag it over to right side where the plugins are…
    I am an amateur but this is what worked for me…hope this helps
