Social Buttons disapeared

Hello,
Settings of the plugin are no longer available. Social buttons don’t display on the website anymore. I install version 1.178 and it doesn’t change.

I created a new Administrator in the last few days. I deleted the old Administrator account.
I install the plugin Polylang.Is there any links between this actions.
I need your help !
