Social Community Addon

Hello there,

I was hoping to get answers before I purchase the plugin regarding this addon. What I need most is for members to pay for memberships, create an account and be able to communicate privately with staff members and for staff members to do the same kind of like a chatting portal between staff and members. Will that add-on provide that? I can’t find any tutorials or screenshots regarding the add-on.
