Social community with reward system

Hi guys. For another project I would like your recommendations:

1 sort of social community features /chat/profile/badges etc (thinking of buddypress?)
2 should have the option for rewarding members for recommending new users/clients (€)

I really like the idea, as a recommendation I suggest searching on Evantomarket https://themeforest.net/category/wordpress?term=community

You may find some theme that has all the custom features you need, but I personally go there to find some ideas to create new themes.

I not sure if it has all the features you’re looking for, but you may check others or take it as a “base” to start your own project.
