social counter error

hi i have a problem with social counter, this does not work anymore, counting at 0.
After update WordPress 3.5.2, this error come here is something to do about it?

hoi ik heb een probleem met social counter, deze werkt niet meer , ze blijven op 0 staan .
Na update WordPress 3.5.2 is deze fout gekomen , is hier iets aan te doen ?
