Social engineering content detected

So Google informs me that this link is Social engineering content detected
.net/wp-includes/Text/Diff/Engine/att/So I went and deleted the /att/ folder from wp-includes
This is a tiny personal site so I don’t think I broke anything, but can someone confirm that this is indeed a hack or is that folder suppose to be there?

I am already doing that, they can’t scan as I think Google has not updated that I fixed it (as far as I know)
I checked another WP site for that att folder and it isn’t there so I guess this site was hacked.. to do what is the question is there are no forms, no downloads ..
I will have to wait for Google to re-index it.
