social icon links not working

  • My social icons are in my top navigation menu. All the custom links are correct, but they’re just static images that don’t link to anything. They work in mobile mode, but not in desktop mode for some reason.

    How can I fix this?

    Nevermind! I named the social icons menu ‘social media.’ I changed the name of the menu to social ‘icons’ and they’re now working! D’oh.

    Okay. Sans the last message. It was only working because it knocked out my top navigation menu pages’ links. Back to square one. The links for my social icons are still just static images.

    Leaving this up to the pros.

    Thanks for using Dynamic News.

    You can activate the social icons menu on the top navigation bar and/or the header area. You can find the settings for these on Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Header Settings.
