It will require you to edit the header.php file of the theme, using a child theme, to add it in the navigation menu area (or wherever you want – depending on your need). ??

Can you give more specific instructions on what code to place into the header.php file? I would like my Facebook, Instagram, and Flickr links in my header.

Another option is to use the sumome plugin. It scrolls with your user. Plus its free!
