Social Icons

  • Since I updated my social icons are not showing. I have looked at the release notes and the previous posts but they do not tell me how to fix it.

    I have tried disabling awesome fonts but this did nothing, they still did not show.

    The links are still active but there are no icons, only boxes.

    And I didn’t notice before but the search magnifying glass icon at my search box has also turned into a square.

    I have had the same problem with my site and after some time it was good again.
    I did nothing but wait…

    I saw your site right now – using chrome – and saw social icons – no squares.
    Also the magnifying glass is there.

    Hi there,

    Can I ask if you changed anything to be able to see them again??

    I have looked at my site this morning and its still showing the squares, in fact its got worse, there is now a square beside information in my widget in the footer and the arrow for users to go back up to the top of the page is a square too. Thats been almost a full day and its still like this.

    I really need to get this fixed

    I have the very same problem!

    All the icons are gone!
    Can anyone tell me how to fix it? I read the release note but it didn’t really helped me. I visited my page from different browsers, and I can’t see the icons in any of them.

    Mine is the same, its on both Chrome and Firefox its happening on. Yesterday I set up a website with customisr for a family member, and it doesnt have this problem.

    evabreton I just clicked on your website and it looks like they are showing correctly

    Does anyone know if there anyway to roll back this update? I really can’t have this on my website and would prefer to have the old version if possible.

    I did nothing with my sites. It just get good after some time. maybe a cache problem. I do not know.

    The 2 sites mentioned in this page are showing the icons good At least for me now , using chrome.

    wph4 thats great its working for you, thank you for that suggestion.
    I’ve just tried clearing my cache but it’s still not working.

    Everyone else that has had this problem, have had their icons start working again in a matter of a few hours, mine has been a day and a half now and its still not working.

    I really don’t know what to do. Has no one got any suggestions?!?!

    Working here on both Chrome and IE. We see all your social media icons perfectly.

    here the same as for CustomizrLuvr. just checked and I see all icons with chrome and firefox.

    Sometime ago I had some issues with chrome. 2 different computers at the same time and by one it was not showing an specific widget. I really can not tell you what it was. Really annoying for sure.

    Thats really strange?!?!?! They are even not showing on my mobile phone or on my husbands mobile phone though?!?!
    I can’t work this out lol.

    If its working for other people thats all that matters but at the same time its still baffling…

    They are still all showing as boxes for me ??

    Does anyone know what could cause all my devices to show this in my home but anyone else that seems to look at my site see the icons ok?
