Social icons

Hi…On my site https://www.geraldineshairdesign.com when I click social icon facebook at bottom of homepage it says my blog as title. I have changed title in all in one seo and cleared cache but it wont change also would like homepage to show as image..Any advice on how to fix it…Thanks
