Social Icons Not There But Links Are/Tranparency

  • Hi,

    I have just set up a child theme so I can work on tranparency.

    Once a child theme is created the social icons and search icon vanish, although the links are there if you hover.

    Also I am looking to add tranparency to the menu bacground colour etc.
    in which file and where would I find this.

  • I’m not sure why, but I had to copy all the /images inside the parent theme into the child theme folder for the social buttons to show up.

    Give that a whirl.
