Try clearing the cache in your browser and also temporarily deactivate any caching plugins.

we are currently blocking access outside the US. that could probably be the reason why you can’t see the page.

I have also cleared cache on my browser and wordpress, deactivated caching plugins. Still no icons showing on our website. hmm

Ok, it could be because of code conflict with your theme/other plugins.
