Social Likes text shows up on post excerpts

I have the style set as Birman Horizontal and in the post excerpts, the titles of the social buttons show up.
For example, it would look something like this:
FacebookTwitterGoogle+May from because felt design intermixing are we small present this it to drunk question his together forget the even...Anyway to get rid of that or is there a function I can call outside of the loop so it doesn’t affect the excerpts?
