Social Links not displaying AND options tree format is broken

I have entered all of my social link information into the Social Links section of the Human backend and they are not appearing in my header.

I’m also having another problem with the Hueman Options Tree not displaying correctly. I have tested in Safari and Chrome, and it happens in both browsers.

I have tried installing the version through the WordPress dashboard as well as manually uploading the theme and child theme.

I have tried setting the theme folder and file permissions to 777 with no change. I’m not sure what else to check. Thanks for any guidance.
