Social links tooltips leftover arrow

Hi,
Just a little problem that I haven’t found a solution to.

I’ve followed this suggestion but as can be seen in the footer when the mouse hovers over the icons there’s 2 remnants left of the social icon tooltips bubble.

How are they completely hidden or removed?
