Social Login doesn’t show up in WooCommerce login form

  • Hey there,

    I noticed this plugin’s description mentioned that it will show up in WooCommerce’s login form, but the HTML doesn’t get added. All of the scripts and CSS are present (since they’re there on every page), but the div login container (heateor_sl_outer_login_container) isn’t present. It shows up and works in the wp-login.php just fine. I’ve tried with the default 2021 theme as well as custom themes, it’s the same on all of them.

    Hi,

    You need to check the relevant checkbox in the Advanced Configuration section at the social login configuration page to make icons appear at the WooCommerce login and register page.

    Those checkboxes are these?

    Enable at login page
    Enable at register page

    If so, these work to enable/disable on WordPress’ default login and register pages, but don’t show up for WooCommerce’s account login/register page.

    You need to check “Enable at WooCommerce login page” checkbox. Are you using multisite installation?

    It is indeed a multisite installation (I don’t have the WooCommerce option whether the plugin is activated network-wide or individually on specific sites).

    @tecca It’s a bug in Multisite installation. We will fix it in the upcoming updates.
