Social login – login, but don’t create account on website

    Hey guys,

    I just started playing around with the social login, Fb in particular.

    It works great, but is it possible to log a user into facebook without actually creating an account on the website?

    SO is it possible to disallow the account creation on the website when people login via social network?

    Thank you for using wpDiscuz and for contacting us.

    I’m really sorry, but there is no way to allow users commenting via social login without account creation. WordPress doesn’t allow users to log in if they don’t have an account.

    So how come this is possible with other commenting plugins, like Jetpack for example.

    When users login via Facebook with Jetpack, they can comment, but no account is created on the website, right?

    Sorry for the late response.

    I’m really sorry but currently, wpDiscuz doesn’t have a social login without account creation feature. We’ll take into consideration for future updates.
