social logon icons not showing

I am using WordPress Social Login to allow for easier commenting on my website

My problem is that I do not see the social icons below the ‘leave a reply’ heading as I should. I think the hooks that the plugin uses must be different that this theme listens for

the documentation of the plugin states to add this code to a comments.php file:

<?php do_action( 'wordpress_social_login' ); ?>

could you tell me what line I need to add this code on and if it needs to replace any other code?
