Social Media

I understand there are many plugins out there to incorporate social media into a wordpress site. I am not only looking to promote my site using social media but also members of my site or possibly other people of my chosing. Publicize in Jetpack is fine for linking my site to the various social networks. What I also want to do is have the option to incorporate sharing and follow buttons for multiple people and organizations that I am trying to promote, not just the website. Free plugins are preferred but if anyone has a case to make for a premium plugin that tackles my social media issues I will take advice on them as well.
