Social Media Bar on Form Won't Go Away

    I created a contact form, but a bar with social media icons is inserted into my form. I don’t have any type of social media plugin installed, and it’s only on the page that the form is located.

    How do I get rid of those icons?

    NEX-Forms has no features or relation to social media. could you please send a link to the test page and I will investigate this anyway. thank you
