Social Media Bookmarking Plugin

  • Hi guys i’m looking for a social media bookmarking plugin similar to the one here:

    social icons

    i basically want to show how many times it has been re-tweeted/facebook shared etc. not sure if there is already a plugin to handle this or whether i will just have to code it myself.
