Social Media Feather Customized icons issue

  • Hi,
    I need some help with an issue in my social media feather plug in. I would like to set up the side bar to display only the social media icons that I am currently a member of and not the default icon bar.

    Currently displayed are the follow us buttons that are the default buttons, some of which I do not currently belong to. I would like it to show only the ones I do belong to and others to be added later.

    Does anyone out there know how to do this? I did look for other post related to this, but did not see any specific to this issue.
