Social Media Icons

Hi,

I’m hoping someone can direct me to a plugin or give me a code to use which will allow me to link them to the particular business they have found in my store directory.
The website has a directory and I want to add the store owners social media details onto the post, redirecting the reader to the store owners (Facebook, Twitter) page. All the plugins I found only facilitated my own social media details. I need one which allows me to add social media icons to each business owner page I create.
