    – How do you display those icons? Using a plugin? Which one? where did download it from?

    – Or, are they your theme’s feature? Which theme? where did download it from?

Hi Sorry like I said I’m pretty new at this, I use the Shopkeeper theme from Get Bowtied, and I am running the Simple Social Icon’s plugin. They were working fine and then about a week ago my site went down and I had to have my host (fatcow) bring it back up for me. Since then the icons just show as blank squares. I sent in a ticket with them and they looked at the issue and said that it was probably the plugin wasn’t compatible, so I deleted the plugin and tried just about every social media icon plugin available with no success.

    – Your currently used theme is not one of the supported themes from www.ads-software.com/themes/: – Please contact the developer directly for support with your question. You’ll be more likely to find a good answer from them, for they have the access to its code. Forum volunteers are not given access to commercial products, so they would not know why your commercial theme or plugin is not working properly. The vendors are responsible for supporting their commercial product. These forums are for free themes available in the WordPress theme directory at www.ads-software.com/themes/. For questions regarding this plugin, I recommend asking in its dedicated support sub-forum. There you will be more likely to find a good answer from its developers/users at:
