Social Media Icons disappeared when plugin is active

Hi all,

I found out an issue related with Social Media Icons.
Website is the following: https://www.alesimplerecipes.com
I have w3 Total Cache installed too and I found that if I deactivate Total cache and activate the heatmap it is fine.
When W3 Total Cache and Heatmap plugin are all activated, the Social Media Icons on the right top corner of the website disappear.
