Social Media Icons Labels Displayed in Post Excerpts

  • Hi,

    I am using Shared Counts social media plugin. The social media icons look great on pages and posts. But on my home page, where excerpts of posts are shown, the labels of these icons are unnecessarily displayed as part of the excerpt: FacebookTweetPinLinkedIn?

    How can I get rid of this text from each post excerpt?
