Social Media icons not displaying

Hi,
Just took a look at your site – don’t see any problems. Icons are there; the image is there; everything looks good. Try force refreshing your browser cache. If that doesn’t help, let us know.

I am also having this problem. I have tried to clear the cache and used several browsers and devices. When I check on my phone the icons show up as Chinese characters.

I have also looked at the OPs website and his icons seem to be showing up perfectly on my screen.

Is there any way you can solve this?

So I had a bug with my site today that meant when I tried to login it was looping back to the maintenance page (nothing to do with your plugin), but when it was in the loop it would show the icons and ONLY at this time, direct visit to the site and nothing, click the login link and it goes here: https://www.studythenews.com/?login=https://www.studythenews.com and shows the icons. Any idea what the issue could be?

99% the problem is in your browser cache. Loading https://www.site.com is not the same as https://www.site.com?xxx=yy so if the first link is cached and something is not showing right, loading the second one would fix it because it would be loaded fresh, not from cache. I took a look at your site and really don’t see anything wrong with it. So it’ll load fine for your visitors ??

I suggest force refreshing the cache a few times – icons should show up.

Hi,
Your server is blocking the FontAwesome files. Don’t know why but we’ll push an update for UCP in an hour. Make sure you update and the problem will be fixed ??
