    Hi,

    I just send over the test email to you on the given address. I realised its actually viewable on some devices. Im not sure if its due to the device used?

    Another thing I realised is that when I sent a confirmation email again that the items are being shipped, the product images get hotlinked only on that email. Maybe you can help me with this too?

    For your issues, perhaps the link of image is correct. However, there’s some situation that can occur:
    1. The email was sent from a localhost
    2. There are secures browsers that make other serves unable to load images

    Regarding the hotlink image, I see. So what can I do from my end to solve this issue?

    Hi @casahova

    We have received and checked your email. The icons in the email test are displayed well. You can check if you allow the email to display images.

    About the hotlink image, we do not see any hotlink. It’s probably because the image is from the 3rd-party, and it only occurs in that particular email. Please send us the email that contains hotlink so we can check it for you.

    Hi @angelagrey ,

    Thanks for checking. We did enable to display images, if not our company logo would not be visible as well. The strange thing is I am able to see the icons when viewed on the mobile but not on multiple desktops. Whats stranger is we use another plugin for another sort of email, and that email doesnt display the social icons too. I believe its not the plugin problem but something else entirely. I wonder if you might know what that might be?

    Regarding the hotlink, I have send it over to the 2nd address given.

    Hi again,

    Just a heads up, I have solved all the problem. It has to do with one of the hotlink codes in htaacess.

    Another question, as you have seen from my test mail, apparently mobile view is not the same as desktop such that everything is under 1 column. How do I make the mobile version look exactly the same as the desktop?

    We are glad to know that your problems are solved.
    About making mobile and desktop display look similar, you can go to Background and change the value in Responsive point to a certain lower number. It will make the display on both types of device the same. You can see in the picture I sent below

    Hello,

    I found the background button, but when i click on it, it only shows style and background under the editor tab. I played around clicking on whatever i can find, but i do not see the term global attribute anywhere.

    It was for my carelessness, the feature is only available on premium version. With free version, it is not updated yet.
