social media icons not showing

    Hi, I have searched almost 70 forum pages and looked at 6 other replies that are similar to my issue but no luck so far.

    the website is https://www.arkdale.com
    I am using the free version of Customizr.
    I enter the URL to twitter and facebook but the icon don’t appear.

    So far, from the other posts I have made sure that the wordpress and site address URL’s are the same.
    I have also inspected elements via google chrome developer tools and things appear to be working OK.

    I would be grateful if you can help me identify how to get the icons to show.
    I would prefer not to use a plugin as there is no option to have them show at the top of the page.

  • Do you have any Plugins active? If so, deActivate all and check if problem persists. If not, Activate one-by-one to find the culprit.

    that done it…
    it was the webman amplifier plugin… as soon as I deactivated that, then the icons showed.
