Social Media Icons Re-order Plugin

    I am using social media plugin and it’s working fine, but I would like to know if it’s possible to change the position of the icons, for example:

    I have:
    Follow Us on

    See our videos on
    [FB icon][G+ icon][Tw icon][YT icon]

    and I want:
    Follow Us on
    [FB icon][G+ icon][Tw icon]

    See our videos on [YT icon]

    Is it possible to change the order manually?
