when i go through Linked in link it goto the proper link that you place in href i.e(https://www.linkedin.com/company/shires-accounting-services);)

Hi when you click on the linked in lint at the top of our home page it goes to https://www.linkedin.com/company/shires-accounting-services this is not us this is another business with a similar name

It depends on how your site is set up. Usually there is a place in your theme settings where you can change the link. It may also be in a widget.
