You can reposition the social media icons on mobile view with some custom CSS:

@media only screen and (max-width: 680px) {
  .site-header .social-links {
    position: absolute;
    top: 0;
    right: 0;
  }
}

Please feel free to adapt the code to your needs and test it thoroughly.
