Social Media links not working?

I’m using my university’s WordPress site, so I’m not certain about the version. I’ve placed the URLs to my Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram pages, but the buttons don’t work when you click on them. A Safari page comes up and says it can’t open the server named loriannstephens. I keep resetting it with https://…., but the command doesn’t work. Any suggestions for what I’m doing wrong? Thank you!
