social media missing icons

Hi @marchajj

There are 3 icons after logo. Click on them one by one and you will see the Sign-Up form, Address and Social Links on each click.

If somebody subscribes or adds their email, you will get a notification sent to the email address you provide on the plugin’s settings page.

Hi Manesh and thanks for your kind reply and support, actually this is my demo site: https://stagingkpro.kadoonpro.com/Backup28032022/ where I installed everything related to the plugin, social media, address everything I updated with the email as well. the 3 icons under the main logo I clicked but nothing happened from my side, can you try from yours, please? I think here is the problem maybe it’s caching or something but i tried from different browsers and devices and the same result is shown. i cannot see social media icons, can you help?

owwwwwww perfect! yes, I can see them all finally! can I remove the Vemo icon and PINTEREST? and one more thing: can I enable the timer and keep the website up and running and not enable the maintenance page? i mean i want the timer to show on the top of live production server for 2 days, and after these 2 days, i want to enable maintenance page and the timer both together, which means server down for a couple of days and then after these 2 days i GO LIVE with my new website, is it possible with your plugin to do that?

and one more thing? can I add a URL for each banner to redirect clients to a different site while the website is down or under maintenance?

Unfortunately, we cannot add a separate link to banners and redirect to different sites.

I’m writing Arabic words it’s not showing in an appropriate way, and the plugin doesn’t support Arabic and RTL. because I can see an option for translation, so I want to put Arabic text in the default language and translate it to English, can I do that now?

dear team, I want to add one image for the background I don’t want a slider, can’t I just upload one image at a time? I want it static normal image, not dynamic.

Keep only one image for the background and remove remaining images. It will work like a static image after that.

I already tried this and when I save, the other 3 images are uploaded as random images automatically. I tried it on different browsers and devices and it’s not working. this is exactly what I want, only one image but I’m not able to do this. once I save there are 3 banners showing automatically without my approval or knowledge. the bear and apple MacBook and office image something like that, I don’t know, they are in the demo: https://prnt.sc/ZjpNsk6Z7NCc this is one of them

Social icons are working fine and we are not able to replicate this issue. Can you please send URL of the site where you are getting this issue?

There is an empty div for subscription on your site. Please disable it and you will be able to see social icons without any issues.
