Social Media Share buttons disappeared!!!

  • Hello, guys.
    About two days ago the buttons disappeared.
    The next message shows: Social Networks Add-On requires Mashshare! Please install it to continue!
    What can I do?

    MashShare plugin is deactivated on your site. Activate it again and you are done.

    Hello, the plug in has been always been activated.
    However I deactivated and activated again an the problem persists.
    At the head of the page the nex message appears: Social Networks Add-On requires Mashshare! Please install it to continue!

    Are both plugins activated and installed, MashShare AND MashShare Networks Add-On?

    Check via FTP if the path and file names are correct:

    They must be: wp-content/plugins/mashsharer and /wp-content/plugins/mashshare-networks
