social media/newsletter problems

Hi:

I am having 3 problems with the plug in. They are:
1) for newsletter sign up I am getting error message that says “error please try again” but I am getting emails from people trying to register. Question, is this supposed to be automatic sign up? I am using Mail Chimp. I have the Mail Chimp plug in installed.
2) Cursor/Timer on page is constantly spinning
3) My twitter and facebook url’s don’t point directly to the individual pages, they point right back to my website with the twitter or facebook url included.
