    Hi,

    Go to Appearance > Menus: click on the link create a new menu.

    Next, create the items/icons using Links.
    For example:

    the URL field, enter https://www.www.ads-software.com/
    field Link Text, enter WordPress

    Below in the Menu Settings in the Theme locations select Social Menu
