It’s just information that Facebook chooses to display because you have not supplied them with any Open Graph meta. You can control this meta in All in One SEO Pack by activating and using the Social Meta module – https://semperplugins.com/documentation/social-meta-module/

When you activate that module you’ll see a new Social Settings tab in the All in One SEO Pack meta box on each post or page. Here you can set the Title, Description and Image that will be used by social media networks – https://semperplugins.com/documentation/social-meta-settings-individual-pagepost-settings/

Thanks @wpsmort for the support, but it my social module is active, has been for a long time. I’ve edited it, both title and description for social and uploaded an image but for some reason it’s not pulling the data correctly. can you think of anything?

I see it’s working on pages but not on the homepage so this could be a configuration issue. Make sure you have set the title, description and image by going to All in One SEO Pack, Social Meta, Home Page Settings – https://semperplugins.com/documentation/social-meta-module/#home-title-and-description
